The purpose of the ALTEK Facebook Page is to build personal relationships with potential candidates and current employees. Our goal is to give our visitors the opportunity to get a behind the scenes look into ALTEK as well as interact with us. Our Facebook page highlights the activities at our Frederick MD, Headquarters. We spotlight our recruiters and staff individually, so you may get to know our team.
Twitter is used to highlight specific open positions. Custom #hashtags will be used to find potential candidates and detailed job functions to be released into the Twitterverse. Our Twitter Community encompasses existing customer and clients, local businesses, industry leading software companies and individuals who provide helpful information about our community including: news media, healthcare community organizations, and industry specific information. ALTEK specializes in Healthcare IT employment opportunities, and Twitter is the platform to find candidates using #hashtags, who have the hard-to-find professional credentials. We retweet other people’s brilliant tweets and reply to posts to engage in conversation about job placement.
LinkedIn Group
The purpose of our LinkedIn group is to network with potential employees and post our current openings. We also conduct market research through polling to determine what is important to industry professionals when searching for new information technology jobs in today’s economy. This group is used to engage with current employees and launch information about large scale projects our clients are working to find resources.
