Anne’s career in information technology began over two decades ago when the contingent labor market place was in its infancy stages. She has held senior business development roles that helped build and grow the IT project support/contingent labor base of business from that time to present.
In late 2004, Anne stepped out to build her own IT project support firm. For over the past 10 years, Anne has been the guiding force and visionary for ALTEK’s growth. ALTEK’s base of business has grown in support of government integrators, hospitality, the State of Maryland under CATS II Master contracting vehicle and a growing health IT sector. Her background includes the study of Healthcare/Nursing at Towson University as well as obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Towson University. Anne has utilized her experience in HIT to win prime vendor positions in both the Commercial and Government healthcare arena.
David has been with ALTEK since February 2010. He’s spent the last 20 years in healthcare information technology consulting. Over the years he’s served as Director of Healthcare, Director of Consulting Services and CTO. Dave’s worked in many IT areas including application design and development, network infrastructure and security, database development and administration. He’s filled various roles including solutions architect, project manager, technical lead, programmer and analyst.

Prior to working in healthcare consulting, he spent six years in the US Air Force, working in military hospitals.
Jim Lipman, Vice President of Client Relations has been with ALTEK since 2004 acting as a major accounts/business development, management and recruiting expert with over 20 years of IT staffing and contingent labor services experience. Jim’s area of concentration is in Contract, Contract to hire and Direct Permanent placement of IT, Financial and Mission Critical Business Operations staff. In addition to the day to day client management and recruiting functions, his core responsibilities include training and mentoring the internal account management and recruiting staff. Jim combines his strong desire and motivation for success along with the experience and technical training to provide the highest level of direct client customer service.
Stefanie joined ALTEK Information Technology, Inc. in November 2008 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Office Manager in 2012. She serves as the initial contact for employees, vendors and potential candidates. She also maintains data integrity in our internal database. Stefanie has spearheaded various projects and events for the company including our annual golf outing and company meetings. She provides administrative support to all recruiters, as well as executive assistance to the CTO/COO and CEO of the company. Stefanie graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2008, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Neerja has 14+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting. She has extensive experience in human resources and business development. Neerja continually improves business processes and builds client and contractor relationships. She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mumbai University and her MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Nagpur University. Neerja has been with ALTEK since 2007.
