Anne’s career in information technology began over two decades ago when the contingent labor market place was in its infancy stages. She has held senior business development roles that helped build and grow the IT project support/contingent labor base of business from that time to present.
In late 2004, Anne stepped out to build her own IT project support firm. For over the past 10 years, Anne has been the guiding force and visionary for ALTEK’s growth. ALTEK’s base of business has grown in support of government integrators, hospitality, the State of Maryland under CATS II Master contracting vehicle and a growing health IT sector. Her background includes the study of Healthcare/Nursing at Towson University as well as obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Towson University. Anne has utilized her experience in HIT to win prime vendor positions in both the Commercial and Government healthcare arena.
Jim has 14+ years of experience full life cycle recruiting, client relations and retention, business development and management experience. Jim has been with ALTEK since 2004.
Neerja has 14+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting. She has extensive experience in human resources and business development. Neerja continually improves business processes and builds client and contractor relationships. She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mumbai University and her MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Nagpur University. Neerja has been with ALTEK since 2007.
Dileta has over 20 years of work experience managing full cycle recruitment and business development processes ranging from consultant through senior manager levels, including direct communication with clients. She has been involved in contract and full-time recruiting processes. For last 9 years, her main focus has been in IT staffing.
Dileta earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Programming from Vilnius University in Lithuania. Her educational background gives her a better understand technical specifications of requirements.
Dileta joined ALTEK in May 2015.
Since joining ALTEK in 2007, Harshad has served in several HR roles and he has been an integral part of Recruiting Center of Excellence at ALTEK. Currently, as a human resource business partner and senior technical recruiter, Harshad is responsible for attracting and retaining top talent for ALTEK and our clients. Harshad is an active certified PHR, SHRM-CP professional member of SHRM and serves as an advisor in human resources and immigration matters.
Harshad holds a MBA degree from University of Louisiana at Monroe.
Margaret has nine years of full life cycle recruiting and business HR experience. She has recruited across all job levels, skills and technologies in various industries, as a corporate and agency recruiter. Margaret earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and has been with ALTEK since September 2017.
Jennifer Henry joined ALTEK in January 2018 as a Senior Technical Recruiter. She has been a recruiter in the information technology industry for eight years and has recruited in the Healthcare arena for two years. Jennifer finds networking and meeting varying needs of clients and candidates to be very rewarding.
